Milwaukee Bucks starting point guard Eric Bledsoe has arrived in Orlando, Florida.

Bledsoe tested positive for COVID-19, so he didn't travel with the Bucks to Walt Disney World.

The explosive guard will have to quarantine for two days before joining the team on the court.

Before the 2019-20 season was suspended in March after Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert contracted COVID-19, Bledsoe was averaging 15.4 points, 4.6 rebounds and 5.4 assists per contest for the Bucks in 56 games. He was also shooting 48.2 percent from the field, 34.8 percent from beyond the arc and 81.3 percent from the free-throw line.

Just like last season, the Bucks have the best record in the NBA. With that said, the team will use the eight seeding games to knock out the rust that was created after such a long layoff and prepare for the 2020 playoffs.

Milwaukee’s first seeding game is on July 31 against the Boston Celtics. After that, the Bucks will face the Houston Rockets, Brooklyn Nets, Miami Heat, Dallas Mavericks, Toronto Raptors, Washington Wizards and Memphis Grizzlies.

Bledsoe, who began his NBA career with the Los Angeles Clippers, has career averages of 14.2 points, 4.0 rebounds and 4.8 assists in 626 regular-season games with the Clippers, Phoenix Suns and Bucks. Milwaukee needs Bledsoe to play like an All-Star in the playoffs for the club to ultimately win the championship.
