There's a reason why Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is called the Greek Freek, and there's a reason why he is the reigning NBA MVP. Luckily for fans, Giannis showed against the Indiana Pacers those reasons.

Early in the second quarter of the game, Antetokounmpo attacked the rim with a ferocious zeal and embarrassed two Pacers defenders in the process.

It didn't end there, however. In the following play, Antetokounmpo quickly got back on defense after a turnover and swatted JaKarr Sampson's shot from behind.

Giannis is proving why is the best player in the NBA right now, and it's hard to argue given how well he is performing to start the 2019-20 season.

Entering Saturday's matchup with the Pacers, the Greek Freak is putting up 30.5 points (third in the NBA) and 14.5 rebounds per game (second in the league). He is also dishing out 6.5 assists, all while shooting at an efficient 58.0 percent from the field.

The Bucks are 8-3 on the season heading to Saturday's game, and it is largely thanks to Giannis. The team is third in the East, tied with the Miami Heat (second) and behind the streaking Boston Celtics.

Milwaukee is looking to get the job done this year after their 2019 playoffs failure, and sure enough, their success leans on the improvement of Giannis.
