Since a potential buyout between Dwyane Wade and the Chicago Bulls was first reported, there have been plenty of speculations on the real reason why the star shooting guard does not want to play for his hometown team anymore. Many thought the trade that sent his good friend, Jimmy Butler, to the Minnesota Timberwolves, was the real cause, while his apparent issue with Fred Hoiberg is also believed to be a big factor to it.

Now that a buyout has been reached, Wade himself clarified the issue about him and the Bulls head coach, by defending the latter, and letting everyone know that he was good to him during his stint with the team. He also said that he hopes he can have a group of players that would fit his coaching style, in order to prove that he is worthy of calling the plays for an NBA team.

The development may come as a surprise, but Dwyane Wade has made it known that he no ill feelings towards Hoiberg and the organization. Despite their partnership only lasting a single season, he has no regrets being coached by Hoiberg, and still wished his now-former coach well.

Wade is now a free agent, who is already generating a lot of interest from different teams around the league. Even if he'll be 36 years old by January, he could still be a key addition to a contender. It can be expected that Wade will decide on which team to play for soon, especially with most training camps opening in the next couple of days.
