The Boston Celtics were on the brink of taking Game 5 against the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night. Unfortunately for them, they let Giannis Antetokounmpo and Co. come back from the dead and they are now staring down a 3-2 series deficit against the defending champs.

Celtics star Jaylen Brown has spoken out after his team's deflating loss and he admits that this was a golden opportunity that they gave up:

“We gave it away,” Brown said. “Credit Milwaukee. They play hard for 48 minutes. We got away from what we do well late. We weren't as purposeful down the stretch and it cost us.”

The Celtics allowed the Bucks to finish the game on a shocking 11-2 run en route to a 110-107 win on Boston's own home floor. This could be a series-defining moment for the Celtics who must now win the next two games in the series to save their season. However, knowing this team, they likely aren't going to let this loss impact their play in Game 6 and hopefully, in Game 7.

Everything will be on the line on Friday and you can be sure that Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, and the rest of the Celtics will be ready for the war.
