Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown recently gave a passionate endorsement of his partnership with fellow star Jayson Tatum, and Monday night it was Tatum's turn to return the favor. After the Celtics' overtime victory over the Indiana Pacers, Tatum spoke at length about a recent chat he had with Brown about their future together as trade rumors swirl.

With the Celtics scuffling through a second consecutive season, many around the NBA are wondering if they're going to look to shake things up in a big way. A major shakeup would likely involve trading the 25-year-old Brown.

However, both stars insist everything is good between them and they want to figure this thing out. It seems that's Boston's outlook as well.

The latest reports suggest the Celtics are telling rival teams they have no interest in breaking up the All-Star duo and are instead looking to make moves around them. There's just under a month until the trade deadline, and basically everybody else is on the table.

Tatum and Brown played key roles in Boston's clutch win over Indiana. Tatum sent the game to overtime with a clutch bucket in the final seconds after struggling with his shot for much of the night, while Brown led the way with 26 points, 15 rebounds and six assists. They didn't get all that much help (again, one of the major issues), but it was enough to win this game.

The Celtics are now 20-21 on the season after this latest victory.
