The Kansas City Chiefs could be getting a big boost for Sunday's game with Eric Berry listed as a full participant for Wednesday's practice. Andy Reid said that Berry is officially day-to-day but it has to bode well that he is already a full participant so early in the week.

Berry played in only two games this season and missed out on the teams first playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts. Reid was asked on Monday if he was disappointed that Berry wasn't able to go against the Colts and Reid said he wasn't because the two sides have had good communication.

“I'm not disappointed,” Reid said Monday via NFL.com. “We have had great communication through the process and most important that when he can play, he can protect himself and play at the level he wants to play at. He didn't feel like he was at that level, which he has been great with communicating. If he can go, he can go. If he can't, he can't. I'm proud of the guys that stepped in and played and played at such a high level. It gave us an opportunity to be here.”

Even though it's clear that Berry isn't 100 percent, he did play well in the two games he appeared in this year and if he does play he is going to be a key part of the Chiefs gameplan to slow down Tom Brady and company. If Berry can even play at 80 percent he is going to be the best option that the Chiefs have to run out there.
