Patrick Mahomes connected with Tyreek Hill to get the Kansas City Chiefs on the board on Sunday and the two connected once again. After a seven-minute drive by the Tennessee Titans, Mahomes threw a strike to Hill for another huge touchdown to trim the deficit.

On the Chiefs' previous drive, they conducted a trick play that allowed Hill to show his speed around the corner. Despite it looking somewhat like a handoff, it counted as a touchdown pass to the speedy wide receiver.

Then, a drive later, Hill ran a seam route down the middle of the field and created separation from his defender. Without any hesitation, Mahomes delivered a ball that hit Hill in stride to give him his second touchdown of the game.

Before Sunday's pivotal AFC Championship Game, Hill had yet to corral his first playoff touchdown. Now, the big-play wideout has already contributed two touchdowns for the Chiefs versus the Titans.
