The never-ending rift between Chris Bosh and the Miami Heat is soon coming to a head, but not before the last few sticks are thrown to the fire.

According to ESPN Senior Writer Brian Windhorst, Bosh was frustrated to learn of his failed physical through the media instead of hearing it directly from team president Pat Riley or anyone in the front office.

Bosh said the team put out a press release before being informed about his own situation. A Heat spokesman responded by claiming the team was not able to reach the 32-year-old after calling, emailing, and texting him before putting out the statement.

“I didn't see my career in Miami ending like this” Bosh said in a part of his video series on Uninterrupted.com. “I didn't get a call or a text or anything like that. I mean, it's a business. We understand that. We always say those things. But if you say certain things to the person and you win championships and you have these moments, you don't want to find things out through the media. It's kind of tough. We say all these things, the commitment, brotherhood and all these things. And then, for whatever reason, you find out, or I find out like this. So, it hurts.”

The 6-foot-11 forward also posted a message on his blog, alluding to the friction the organization had with Dwyane Wade over the summer with contract disputes that led to him opting to sign with his hometown Chicago Bulls.

While Bosh's career with the Heat is likely done, this now makes two players that are leaving Miami disgruntled with Riley and the way they've been treated by the organization.

Riley had recently mentioned his team was “rebuilding” and after these two incidents, it's hard to say what big-name free-agents will be enticed to sign with the team.
