The Los Angeles Clippers stole the show this NBA offseason, signing Kawhi Leonard and pulling off a trade to land Paul George, giving the Clippers one of the best tandems in the league.

On Wednesday, both Leonard and George were formally introduced as new members of the Clippers, but head coach Doc Rivers is far from satisfied, saying this is just the start of LA's plans:

“This is a great moment, but it's not our finest moment. That's coming,” said Rivers, per Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints. “We're here to celebrate. This feels like a movement. Today is more about what's coming.”

In adding Leonard and George, the Clippers have become instant favorites to win the NBA title, as they also retained Patrick Beverley and JaMychal Green and have role players such as Montrezl Harrell, Lou Williams and Landry Shamet.

Los Angeles won a surprising 48 games this past season, making the playoffs as the eighth seed in the Western Conference. The Clips then went on to give the Golden State Warriors a fight in the first round, pushing the Warriors to six games. And remember: the Dubs were fully healthy when the Clippers faced them.

Of course, Leonard is coming off a championship victory with the Toronto Raptors, notching his second Finals MVP in the process (he also won one with the San Antonio Spurs back in 2014).

Meanwhile, George just completed his second season with the Oklahoma City Thunder, both of which ended in disappointment, as the Thunder were bounced from the first round of the playoffs in both years.
