The return of Paul George and Kawhi Leonard is great news for the Los Angeles Clippers, and they wasted no time adding highlight-reel plays on Friday night against the Orlando Magic.

George came out ready after the pair missed the previous two games due to COVID health and safety protocols, and he threw down a furious dunk on the baseline to start the first quarter.

Leonard followed suit and took Aaron Gordon to the basket off the dribble and posterized Gordon, and then proceeded to stare him down right after.

The Clippers missed their two superstars tremendously, and plays like these are exactly why.

Ty Lue's squad defeated the Miami Heat 109-105 on Thursday night but lost on Tuesday to the Atlanta Hawks, so having Leonard and George back is a huge boost for this team.

The COVID protocols, and health and safety guidelines have forced many star players to miss numerous games, including Jayson Tatum and Jimmy Butler. For George and Leonard, and for the Clippers in general, they should be happy they only had to sit out for two games, and one of them against a depleted Heat unit.

The Clippers have gotten off to a great start in the 2020-2021 NBA season and currently sit at 14-5 and just half a game back of the Utah Jazz for first in the Western Conference, thanks to their Staples Center counterparts Los Angeles Lakers losing two straight.
