Now in his 16th season in the NBA, Los Angeles Clippers veteran Lou Williams still remains to be one of the most dangerous scorers in the league today. In spite of this fact, however, one random fan called out the 34-year-old on the mean streets of Twitter, as the dude provided Williams with some unsolicited career advice.

Lou-Will, who himself doesn't even believe in the concept of load management, clearly did not appreciate how the fan was saying that it was time for him to retire, which resulted in an epic clap back from Williams:

To be fair, if you look at the guy's Twitter bio it says on there that he's a clown, so he probably was just trying to egg on Williams with his earlier tweet. He got the attention he so desperately craves, as Williams indulged his clowning. He clearly got burned by the three-time Sixth Man of the Year, though.

Williams has had an uncharacteristically slow start to the season, though, with the 6-foot-1 combo guard producing at a subpar rate. Williams is currently averaging just 9.4 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 2.8 assists while connecting on just 0.9 triples per game. He's also averaging just 8.5 attempts per game in 19.6 minutes per contest. We haven't seen this type of lackluster numbers from Williams since his second year in the league back in 2006-07.

Right now, Luke Kennard (23.4) and Marcus Morris (23.2) are averaging more minutes off the bench for the Clippers as compared to Williams. It remains to be seen if Williams' role will see a significant improvement under new coach Tyronn Lue's system.
