Frank Reich is set to embark on his next NFL coaching venture as the new head coach of the Indianapolis Colts.

During his introductory press conference on Tuesday afternoon, Reich voiced his success with the Philadelphia Eagles has given him insight on what it takes to build a champion, according to Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk.

Reich outlined his vision, which is structured around building a tough, disciplined, prepared and unified team. He also said that he learned from his experience with the Eagles that every part of the process matters when it comes to reaching their goals.

“It became clear that every person matters and every detail matters in building a championship culture,” Reich said.

The championship pedigree Reich hopes to instill with the Colts has many different facets that must be attended to throughout the process. Over the last two seasons, the Eagles brought in the right players and coaching staff, with everyone doing their part. The people in Philadelphia's organization built a foundation with a culture and mindset solely focused on winning.

Although there's a lot of groundwork needed to get to this point with the Colts, it is an opportunity for Reich to put together a team that can abide by many of those qualities. The front office has more than $77 million in cap space to utilize as well as the second overall pick in the NFL Draft.

It will take quite some time to build this with the Colts, but Reich does possess first-hand experience of what it takes to reach the ultimate pinnacle of success in the sport. Only time will tell if he's the man to make that happen in Indianapolis.
