An irate Wilson Chandler went off on Twitter after receiving a call from his apartment manager requesting him to stay out of the lobby. Four Brooklyn Nets players tested positive for the coronavirus on Tuesday, which brought panic into the NBA world as it more than doubled the amount of cases.

Chandler wasn't having any of it and aired the dirty laundry for all of Twitter to see:

Chandler was offended that the inquiry didn't even revolve around the facts and whether he'd tested positive or not, completely forgetting the human element by failing to ask if he was okay.

While all those points are valid, so are the building manager's — as rudely as that may have come across. NBA players are high-risk carriers of this coronavirus, considering the large number of people they come in contact with on a daily basis.

While NBA players have been advised to isolate, most building managers aren't keeping up with the many wrinkles of the suspension of the 2019-20 season or what the Nets have been asked to do following their testing.

If Chandler is “going home” after this debacle, that'd be Benton Harbor, Michigan — a three-hour drive from Detroit and two hours from Chicago.

Players were asked to remain in their NBA markets if possible, though some have already left for their homes in recent days. Looks like Chandler will be another to depart until there's a consensus as to when to resume play after this coronavirus pandemic passes.
