The Dallas Cowboys have exercised 2019 options for wide receiver Allen Hurns, offensive lineman Joe Looney, and linebacker Joe Thomas, according to Todd Archer of ESPN NFL Nation.

Hurns is the most notable name on this list. He is coming off a season in which he played in all 16 games and caught 20 passes for 295 yards and a couple of touchdowns. He then suffered a broken ankle during the Cowboys' wild card playoff win over the Seattle Seahawks.

The 27-year-old, who played collegiate football at the University of Miami, went undrafted but landed with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2014. He ended up making the team and appearing in all 16 contests during his rookie campaign, totaling 51 catches for 677 yards and six scores.

Then, the following year, Hurns broke out, hauling in 64 receptions for 1,031 yards and 10 touchdowns.

At that point, it looked like Hurns was quietly developing into one of the game's better receivers, but he then had a very disappointing 2016 season in which he snared just 35 balls for 477 yards while reaching the end zone three times.

Hurns then participated in just 10 games during his final season with the Jaguars in 2017, recording 39 receptions for 484 yards and a couple of touchdowns.

Looney started every game at center for Dallas this past season, filling in for the injured Travis Frederick. Thomas played in 10 contests, finishing with 14 tackles.

The Cowboys won 10 games in 2018 and won the NFC East Division crown before ultimately falling to the Los Angeles Rams in the divisional round of the playoffs.
