Dallas Cowboys star Ezekiel Elliott is being sued after a woman claims she was viciously attacked by one of his dogs. The woman claims that she required surgery and will forever be scarred. In a document obtained by TMZ, the women said she went to Elliott's place on March 11th to clean his pool, when she was attacked by his three dogs.

“Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is facing a lawsuit from a woman who says his three dogs attacked her while she was on his property to clean his pool.

The woman says Elliott’s three dogs all bit her on March 11, with a Rottweiler dragging her by her arm while two bulldogs bit her legs. She says she needed surgery for her arm injury and will likely be scarred for life, and she still has both physical and mental pain.

According to the lawsuit, there was also another woman who had previously been bitten. The woman is asking for over $250,000 but less than $1 million. According to the Frisco Texas police, they did respond to an incident on March 11th, at his house, but no charges were filed over the incident.

Elliott's attorney Frank Salzano said that his client is not negligent with the incident, and they plan on fighting the lawsuit in court.

Elliott’s attorney, Frank Salzano, told TMZ.com, “Ezekiel was in no way negligent in connection with the alleged incident and intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit.”

This isn't the first Cowboys player to deal with these types of allegations. In 2019 Dak Prescott was sued after a woman claimed his dog attacked her.
