Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones appeared on 105.3 The Fan on Friday to discuss his team's most recent loss to the Chicago Bears, which occurred on Thursday night.

Jones being interviewed on 105.3 The Fan is not new. This happens every week. But this time, something interesting certainly went down.

An understandably testy Jones let a couple of curse words fly during his spot, and shortly after, his call was cut off, per ESPN.

No; the station did not kick Jones off the air. He got apparently got disconnected, which coincidentally happened right after he used the word “bulls—.”

Jones was then reconnected and went on to explain that he understands the frustration of the fans but that it would not make much sense to fire head coach Jason Garrett right now.

The Cowboys have been reeling.

Since starting the season an impressive 3-0, Dallas has lost seven of its last 10 games, including its last three. The skid has resulted in many calling for Garrett's job, but with just three games remaining in the regular season, it doesn't seem very likely that Jones will make that move now.

However, Garrett's contract is up this offseason, so barring a miraculous Super Bowl run over the next couple of months, the Cowboys will almost surely have another coach patrolling their sidelines next year.

Some had Dallas pegged as a darkhorse contender going into 2019, and the Cowboys certainly played the part over the first three weeks of the season before falling flat.

Dallas will take on the Los Angeles Rams next Sunday.
