Aldon Smith has been a bright spot for the Dallas Cowboys this season and he showed off his athleticism on Sunday. After a fumble by Trayveon Williams of the Cincinnati Bengals, Smith would scoop up the ball and proceed to run 76 yards for a touchdown.

Williams was given the handoff up the middle, losing the football somewhere in the fray. While everyone continued to engage in their blocks, Smith noticed the ball on the ground and was able to extend the Cowboys' lead to 10 points to begin the game.

Smith is mostly known for his pass-rushing abilities, leading Dallas with five sacks coming into Week 14. However, one of the reasons he has been such a dominant force in his career is due to his uncanny athleticism off the edge.

Of course, Smith was out of the NFL from 2016-2019 due to an array of off-the-field issues. The former All-Pro would clean up his act and would garner a one-year, prove-it deal with the Cowboys for an opportunity to return to the league.

It's been well-documented that Dallas' defense has been absolutely dreadful this season. At the least, Smith continues to produce at a high level, giving them a formidable duo with Smith and DeMarcus Lawrence.
