The Houston Texans are slowly but surely building their case for Super Bowl contention, and they have Deshaun Watson to thank. The QB has been nothing but a terrific provider for the team, and he proved just that against the indomitable Kansas City Chiefs.

He has the chance to do that again when his team faces the tough Indianapolis Colts.

This game will be an opportunity for Watson to solidify his place as one of the league's most exciting quarterbacks. If he manages to put on a clinic against the Colts, then it's more than certain that their team is playoff-bound.

Here are three daring guesses about what 24-year-old QB will do this time around.

Watson will throw for 450 yards

Watson was able to hold his own against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, though some may argue that the win's more of a team effort than anything else. While it's true that the Texans used both the air and the ground to get their TDs, Watson was still effective from the pocket. He threw for 280 yards and a touchdown on a 71% completion rating.

Those are great numbers for a QB who had to deal with a reigning MVP with unbelievable numbers. He was a completely different animal when he faced the Atlanta Falcons, though. He was the perfect quarterback for much of that game, finishing with an 85% completion rate, 426 passing yards, and five touchdowns. It was an impeccable performance from the former Clemson Tiger.

Given the incredible outing he had against the Colts, it's not hard to expect superb numbers from him as well. Making 450 passing yards sounds like a tough challenge, but his momentum is making all of that possible.

Watson will finish with three rushing TDs

The Texans' QB1 has shown that he's not only an asset when he's in the pocket; he's showcased that he's just as agile when he's out of it as well.

The Chiefs had a tough pass defense, so there were instances that he had to run the football to move the chains or complete the drive. He made 10 carries for 42 yards and two rushing touchdowns, proving his worth as a scrambler that can escape blitzes.

The Colts are no pushovers, and will definitely guard the passing lanes if he manages to get things rolling. Since he's such a mobile QB, there's no reason for fans to expect him making three rushing TDs.

Watson will inspire the team to a dominant victory

Analysts and fans are in love with the way Watson has played this season. Jenny Dial Creech believes that he's playing like an MVP this season, and the numbers support that.

He's having a fantastic season, and a lopsided win will cement his claim on the MVP throne. After all, teams love playing with a dominant QB. And a dominant QB is what Deshaun Watson currently is.
