The city of Los Angeles crowned another champion on Sunday night when the Los Angeles Rams defeated the Cincinnati Bengals in the Super Bowl. Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James made a strong statement when he called for a joint championship parade between the Rams, Lakers, who won an NBA title two years ago, and the Los Angeles Dodgers, who hoisted a World Series trophy two years ago as well. While it's certainly a bold call, it's something that would be very cool for the city to see. Fellow LA star Mookie Betts seems to think so too, judging by his reaction to LeBron James' championship parade tweet.

Dodgers star Mookie Betts is down to join LeBron James and the Lakers, and Aaron Donald and the Rams for a joint championship parade celebrating LA. However, it's unlikely to happen given that the Dodgers and Lakers didn't recently secure their respective titles.

It is still fun to imagine the star-studded event with LeBron, Betts and various other LA icons. Perhaps the Super Bowl halftime show performers could reprise their roles for the live concert at James' championship parade.

Whether or not Lakers star LeBron James' idea comes to fruition, it's still cool that the city of Los Angeles is having the success necessary to even consider such an event.

It's a good time to be a sports fan in LA.
