Reports continue to come out about how much disfunction is present among the Philadelphia Eagles front office before letting go of Doug Pederson. The constant struggle by ownership ultimately cost Pederson his job despite winning a Super Bowl a few seasons ago.

On the daily Locked On NFL Draft podcast, Trevor Sikkema and Ben Solak discussed who could be next for the Eagles, even if no one actually wants the head coaching position.

Sikkema: I am going to ask you who would be a good head coach for Philadelphia. And I think we are going to say the same names, objectively we are going to same the same names that we have said the past few months, but who wants this job? Would Eric Bieniemy want this job? Does Arthur Smith want this job? I do not know.

Solak: And that is the thing. If you have an offer from Houston and an offer from Philadelphia, they are not in a good spot right now. Are we sure that you take the Eagles job even above Houston?

Sikkema: These are the bottom feeders. These are the two that you do not want.

Solak: And Detroit right now is pumped that they are not even the second worst. Shout out Detroit. They are out here with Matt Stafford and are like, we have quarterback stability for the next year. This is great! Daboll, Smith, they would be great with the deep play-action with Carson Wentz.
