It goes without saying that Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones is one of the most talented players in the NFL. However, it appears those talents do not translate to every other physical activity.

Jones has a knack for making the impossible looking easy on the gridiron. Unfortunately, he managed to do the opposite at a charity kickball event hosted by Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, via Bill Voth of panthers.com:

Part of what makes Jones so great is that he is arguably the most physically-gifted player in the league. Not only is he 6'3″, but he also has the same speed and explosiveness as his smaller, elite peers, such as wide receivers Antonio Brown and Odell Beckham Jr. This is reinforced by his uncanny hand-eye coordination that allows him to make catches over defenders forty yards downfield.

That said, it is downright comical to see him flat-out struggle with kicking a ball that is rolling no faster than a light jog. Even if he did make contact, there was little chance that it would have even made it past the pitcher. Fortunately, Jones is not getting paid the big bucks to kick balls.

The five-time Pro Bowler is coming off a bit of a disappointing season by his elite standards. Jones hauled in 88 catches for 1,444 yards and just three touchdowns in the 2017 campaign. Needless to say, he is hoping that he and quarterback Matt Ryan can leave their red zone struggles behind them this offseason. While Jones is at it, he may want to leave kickball in the past as well.
