After a Robbie Gould 43-yard field goal extended San Francisco 49ers lead to five with 1:52 remaining in the fourth quarter, most fans counted out the Atlanta Falcons — who came into Sunday's game just 4-9 on the season.

However, when you have someone as talented as Julio Jones on the roster, you simply can't be counted out. Behind the arm of quarterback Matt Ryan, the All-Pro receiver managed to just cross the goal line with just two seconds left to give Atlanta a 23-22 lead. Watch below.

Along with the game-sealing five-yard touchdown reception, Jones had one of his best games of the entire season racking up 13 catches for 134 yards and two total touchdowns.

To add insult to injury, Falcons receiver Olamide Zaccheaus also recovered a fumble on the following kickoff to give the Falcons a 29-22 win. They are now tied with the Carolina Panthers for third place in the NFC South. Meanwhile, the 49ers dropped from the first- to the fifth-seed.
