After converting on the and-one, Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant had a little something to say to the Washington Wizards in their game on Tuesday.

Morant didn't wait for the offense to set up after the Grizzlies forced the turnover. Instead, he took it straight to the hoop, got fouled, and made the basket. From his point of view, no one can stop him when he's on the break.

Morant had all the reasons to be confident. After all, the Grizzlies eventually picked up the win 125-111. Morant had a monster performance with 35 points, five rebounds, and 10 assists. Six other Grizzlies players scored in double-digits including Dillon Brooks and De'Anthony Melton who had 20 points apiece.

Memphis has now won six of their last 10 games which is a pretty impressive feat for an up-and-coming team. As always, the goal for the season is to win a title. But given their relative inexperience, a trip to the playoffs is what they're gunning for. They came close last season, but a mediocre performance in the bubble salvaged their hopes.

It would be exciting to see how the Grizzlies will fare this season. Morant looking stronger than before,  the question becomes can the Grizzlies finally make the playoffs for the first time since the 2016-17 season?
