Andre Iguodala has had one of the more interesting 2019-20 campaigns of any player in the league. After sitting out more than half the season following an offseason trade to the Memphis Grizzlies, Iguodala's gamble paid off Wednesday when he learned that he would reportedly be traded to the Miami Heat, with whom he will ink a new two-year, $30 million extension.

That kind of wizardry caught the attention of Portland Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum, who took to Twitter to let Iguodala know what he thought of his business acumen:

On top of all the other positives that McCollum listed, Iguodala is also immediately injected into the chase for an NBA championship with the Heat with zero wear and tears from the early part of the year on his legs.

Iguodala last suited up last season with the Golden State Warriors, where he averaged 5.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists per contest while operating out of his traditional bench role. He was moved to Memphis in a summer deal, but never reported to the team, who has gotten off to a 25-25 start to the year and currently holds the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference.

But after multiple Grizzlies players spoke out on Iguodala over the last few days, it became abundantly clear that he would not be suiting up for the organization. With the trade deadline looming, the Grizzlies were reportedly able to flip him for Justise Winslow from Miami. Now, the legend of Iguodala has a chance to grow if he can help bring another ring to South Beach.
