Miami Heat shooting guard Dwyane Wade is questionable to face the Golden State Warriors on Sunday after suffering a scary fall on Friday against the Sacramento Kings.

Dwyane Wade hit his head against the floor very hard and had to leave the game for some time. The future Hall of Famer returned and managed to finish the contest, but he told reporters on Saturday he's very sore.

Wade finished with 15 points against the Kings in roughly 25 minutes of playing time. The Heat lost by a final score of 102-96.

Sunday will be the final time in his NBA career that Wade will play at Oracle Arena, so expect him to try and give it a go if he feels good enough to play.

In 43 games this season for the Heat, Wade is averaging 14.0 points, 3.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists. The now 14-time All-Star is shooting 42.9 percent from the field, 33.3 percent from beyond the arc and 71.0 percent from the free-throw line.

Miami is 25-28 on the season. They are currently in the eighth spot in the Eastern Conference standings. Everyone in the NBA is hoping the Heat make the playoffs this campaign so we get to see Wade play in the postseason one more time.
