The Utah Jazz is in the midst of another impressive season, going 19-7. On both sides of the ball, they're looking tremendous. However, the Jazz are looking for another upgrade ahead of February's trade deadline.

Via Shams Charania of The Athletic:

The Jazz are pursuing a defensive-minded wing on the trade market, sources said.

Royce O'Neale is one of Utah's primary perimeter defenders, but at 6'5 and almost 230 lbs, he doesn't always have the quickness to guard smaller, shiftier players. As for Mike Conley and Donovan Mitchell, they're both barely over six feet.

It's unknown who the Jazz are planning to pursue, but a Draymond Green-minded player would be an ideal fit. Someone who has the length and athleticism to keep up with opposing athletic forwards and guards. Larry Nance Jr could be an intriguing name to keep an eye on and maybe even Eric Gordon, a veteran with lots of experience.

The Jazz are absolutely rolling right now, winning seven straight and going 8-2 in their last 10. They're scoring 115.3 points per night, which is second in the league and allowing only 104.2.

With an elite defender like Rudy Gobert patrolling the paint, they just need another forward who can hold his own on the defensive end.
