Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell showed off his athleticism in the second quarter of Monday's matchup against the Denver Nuggets in the first round of the Western Conference Playoffs.

Thanks in large part to solid play from Michael Porter Jr. and Nikola Jokic, the Nuggets jumped out to an early lead. Mitchell, however, brought the Jazz a bit closer with this double-pump slam:

Mitchell is known as a great offensive player, and this jam also proves his athleticism. Hanging in the air that long, then delivering a slam? That's talent.

The Jazz star poured in 19 points in the first half.

Utah also got a quick lift from Jordan Clarkson in the first half. The crafty Jazz guard hit several big shots, and the team leaned on his production for a while. He had 10 points on 4-of-10 shooting, including a 2-of-7 mark from downtown.

Though Mitchell's dunk was impressive, the Nuggets led for most of the first half and took a 59-52 lead into the break. Let's see what else this game has in store for us.
