It has not taken long for Sacramento Kings rookie Marvin Bagley III to get used to life in the NBA. The 19-year-old has had a strong start to his NBA career, and last night's outstanding performance in the team's loss to the Denver Nuggets was enough for people to take notice.

NBA Draft expert Cole Zwicker pointed out how Bagley was the bright spot in a rather forgettable loss for the Kings.

Coming off the bench to play 32 minutes (the most for the entire team), Bagley was the top scorer for both sides. He ended the night with a career-high 20 points, while also chipping in one-three pointer, nine rebounds, three assists, and five blocks.

The four turnovers on the evening was a bit of a downer, and this is something the youngster will need to work on. The 6-foot-11 power forward also notched four turnovers in the Kings' previous game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

In his first four games as a pro, the second overall pick is averaging an impressive 14.5 points on 60.0 percent shooting, 7.3 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.0 steals, 1.5 blocks, and 2.3 turnovers in 25.3 minutes off the Kings bench.

The former Duke standout is behind Willie Cauley-Stein and Nemanja Bjelica in the Kings' frontcourt rotation, but will definitely be given ample time and room to develop this year. The Kings are not expected to be competitive this season, so it would not be surprising if Bagley eventually lands a starting gig at some point in the season.
