Throughout the offseason, Carmelo Anthony's alter ego, “Hoodie Melo,” has made a lot of headlines for his impressive play in different pickup games. However, he decided to ditch the hoodie recently and competed wearing only a shirt and sweatpants instead.

A video of the New York Knicks star forward playing against his former teammates, Lance Thomas, Iman Shumpert, and Dahntay Jones, among others, was uploaded on Instagram and has already been viewed almost 100,000 times, where he can be seen not having a hoodie on for the first time in a long while.

The 10-time All-Star may be missing the article of clothing he has been famous for this summer, but his game was clearly not affected by it. Carmelo Anthony continues to look in very good shape ahead of the start of next season which is bad news for the rest of the competition. Despite being 33 years old now, he looks better than ever, and could give the younger players in the league a run for their money.

For now, the chatter about his potential trade to the Houston Rockets has not been as active as compared to the past couple of months, but it's still unclear where he'll play next. Whatever the case may be, Anthony appears ready to compete at the highest level again, and he'll a difference maker for the Knicks or any team that secures his services.
