To no surprise, the daughter of Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant is balling out just like her dad. Below is a short highlight reel of Gianna Bryant, as posted by her mom via Instagram.

If you're wondering why the 12-year-old Bryant is talking to her dad during games, that's because Kobe himself is the coach of the team. As he shared in previous interviews, the team actually runs the triangle-offense — the same system utilized by Phil Jackson on his way to 11 championship rings.

The clip above showcases the 12-year-old's crisp and confident shooting form. She also has a decent lay-up package to boot but from the looks of it, it seems that she gets a chunk of her points from the perimeter or the 3-point line.

But it's not just on the offensive end that the young Mambacita does her work. The clip below, posted by Bryant, showcases his daughter's defensive chops and capacity to finish the play.

At 12 years old, there's definitely a whole lot of room to grow. It certainly helps that she inherited the genes of a basketball great. But his dad knows that genes and talent can only take her so far. Hard work will push her to the next level. We're sure she already knows that.
