Los Angeles Lakers' frontcourt duo of Russell Westbrook and Rajon Rondo is off to a not-so-flying start as the two end up with a massive blooper on Thursday. After moving from team to team, these two elite guards have somehow found their paths now crossing in Hollywood and it appears that they might have to get on the same page quickly.

At the end of the first quarter of the Lakers' preseason game against the Sacramento Kings, Rondo and Westbrook found themselves in an awkward moment at the buzzer that will surely break the internet. Here's their special Shaqtin' moment (via Bleacher Report):

Rondo and Westbrook are two of the most unpredictable playmakers in the league right now. So much so that both couldn't predict each other's moves on Thursday where Rondo ended up passing the ball straight at Westbrook's forehead as both were trying to make a last-second play before the first quarter buzzer sounded.

The dynamic between the two fiery guards is definitely one to watch as both Rondo and Westbrook have butt heads before. But, now that they're teaming up in Laker Nation for the first time in their respective careers, it seems that they're starting to build quite the relationship.

To be quite honest, there's really nothing to worry about here. Expect of course Westbrook's forehead. These little errors are expected as the new-look Lakers continue to get used to playing with one another with guys like LeBron James and Anthony Davis leading the way. That being said, this Westbrook-Rondo experiment will definitely be interesting – to say the least.
