Fox Sports 1 personality Skip Bayless isn't forgetting the good ole' days so fast, and if he didn't make it known throughout the last 15 years — he will never put Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James on the same pedestal as the great Michael Jordan.
The known sports debater took to Twitter to reflect just that late night, making it clear that in his mind Jordan is infinitely better than James.

Bayless didn't back down, this time taking a big shot at King James.
“LeBron might one day catch Michael B. Jordan. But he can forget about ever being better than THE Michael Jordan, the real King. That is OVER,” tweeted Bayless.
The 66-year-old talking head has made his living with hot takes for the past two decades, and this it looks like, was just another one of the million debates for the greatest of all time title.
“Have LeBron apologists forgotten he flat-out quit on his team before overtime of Finals Game 1?,” tweeted Bayless on Wednesday. “That he ranked 308 in individual defense last season at age 33 while MJ made 1st team all-defense at age 34? BETTER THAN JORDAN? IN WHAT UNIVERSE?”
He followed that with an early-morning apology for his show not being on TV today, followed by some shameless self-promotion.
Very sorry, no Undisputed today. Shannon and I return Monday. Undisputed: THE show to watch for NFL debate, the one the players and coaches watch.

While James is highly unlikely to respond to his critics, it would be so fun to see him troll Bayless about his show's decadent ratings.
Oh wait… that has already been done by plenty of his colleagues.
Congrats to Undisputed for averaging an 0.1 rating in Chicago, Denver and St. Louis. But just ONCE I’d love to see this show collect on its millions in marketing and in-house ads on Big Fox by beating Paw Patrol and reruns of classic game shows on GSN. That would be greatness. https://t.co/9ZR3hrWio8
