Golden State Warriors big man Kevon Looney is listed as questionable for Game 6 of the NBA Finals on Thursday night, according to Anthony Slater of The Athletic.

The general feeling is that Looney will try to give it a go, but it obviously depends on how he feels over the next 24 hours.

Looney originally sustained a chest injury during the Warriors' Game 2 win over the Toronto Raptors and was ruled out indefinitely. However, after missing Game 3, he returned in Game 4 and also played in Game 5 before aggravating the issue.

He then left Game 5 and did not return.

While Looney does not post big numbers, he is a significant piece of what the Warriors do, as he possesses the ability to guard the pick-and-roll and switch on to smaller players. In addition, he is a great pick-and-roll threat and is one of Golden State's best rebounders.

Looney's best performance of the series was in Game 4 when he posted 10 points and six rebounds in 20 minutes.

The 23-year-old averaged 6.2 points and 5.2 rebounds over 18.5 minutes per game during the regular season while shooting 62.5 percent from the floor and 61.9 percent from the free-throw line.

The Warriors currently trail the Raptors 3-2 in the Finals and are coming off a thrilling Game 5 win at Scotiabank Arena. However, the victory proved costly, as the Dubs lost Kevin Durant for the series as a result of an Achilles injury.
