The most recent odds are out for the NBA Playoffs, and the San Antonio Spurs and L.A. Clippers are right at the center of them.

Per the official Twitter account of Basketball-Reference, the Clippers dropped in the odds by a considerable margin. The Spurs, on the other hand, had a big uptick in the percentage chance for them to make the postseason.

As you an see, there is a typo in the tweet when it pertained to the Clippers. Their odds to make the playoffs last week was 49.4 percent. Still quite low, but not as low as the new total for this week (21.6 percent).

That's bad news for Clippers fans and also the team, which despite beating the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday, still sits in 10th place in the Western Conference with a tough schedule ahead and not many games left.

The Spurs are steadily in sixth place, but with just one loss separating them and the eighth spot, even without Kawhi Leonard. The odds going up for them as much as they have has to do with their easier schedule down the stretch.

A lot can still happen in the last 10 or 11 games of the season. The Spurs can go on a slide, or the Clippers can all of a sudden get possessed and rack up a few wins in a row. Nothing is guaranteed and that's why the games are played.

Overall, it'd be disappointing if the Spurs finished lower than sixth and if the Clippers missed the playoffs, especially with the way they've overcome the host of injuries they've had this year.

It will be an interesting last few weeks of the season.
