The Wizards, who have their training camp clouded by Bradley Beal's vaccination status, will look to round into form under new head coach Wes Unseld Jr. The Knicks will look to return to their form from last season, when they were the No. 4 seed in the East before losing to the Atlanta Hawks in the first round of the playoffs.

Why The Wizards Can Cover The Spread
The Wizards will be near full strength for their preseason finale on Friday, with Thomas Bryant, Rui Hachimura and Cassius Winston listed as out. Washington will have a good shot to win this game behind Beal and new point guard Spencer Dinwiddie. Beal and Dinwiddie will continue to work on their chemistry ahead of their first season playing together. The Wizards are a decent pick, as having the points in a game where regular rotation players may be pulled in the second half is always better than laying the points.

The Knicks are also nearly at full strength, but they do have some injuries at center. The Knicks will actually play defense whether it is the preseason or not under coach Tom Thib0deau, so the under might be a decent play if the fourth quarter becomes a game between the reserves.
