The Derek Fisher and Matt Barnes saga seem to have taken a new turn this week as Gloria Govan, Barnes ex-wife, and Fisher's fiance said that the two aren't on good terms.
“[Matt] and Derek aren't cool,” Govan told TMZ Sports … “They're cordial. I wouldn't say ‘beef' but they don't talk every week.”
She also said that Barnes wouldn't be invited to the wedding between her and Fisher as it would make things very awkward for everyone involved.

Govan and Barnes haven't had a good relationship since they broke up, but they have tried to make it work for the kids. She doesn't want Barnes buying her any wedding gifts though, because she told TMZ she would just throw those away.
Fisher and Barnes were actually teammates at one point and seemed to get along good as teammates, but the relationship took a turn for the worse in 2015. Barnes found out that Fisher and his ex-wife were dating and they started with a social media war.
It then progressed to Barnes driving 95 miles to Govan's house where Fisher was staying, and Barnes getting into a fight with him. According to the New York Post, Barnes found out from his kids that Fisher was in the house and Barnes went crazy.
“Barnes went crazy. He got in his car and went to the house and went after Fisher,” one source said. “Matt then drove down there to beat the s–t out of him.”
The two guys seem to be past that point, but chances are they aren't ever going to become friends again.
