The Brooklyn Nets escaped Game 1 against Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks after James Harden left with an injury. Well, Harden has officially been ruled out for Game 2 as he deals with right hamstring tightness, according to Malika Andrews of ESPN.

Harden left Game 1 very early on after aggravating his injury and didn't make a return. He played just one minute and didn't take a shot in the first game against the Bucks Nonetheless, the Nets found a way to win and won the game 115-107 despite a huge performance from Giannis.

The injury could deal a massive blow to the Nets' title hopes, but it helps to have both Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving running the show and a decent bench, especially with the way Blake Griffin and Joe Harris have been performing.

Harden missed a big chunk of time during the regular season and the fact he is ruled out already doesn't bode well for his chances. The Nets will try and take a huge 2-0 series lead with Game 2 scheduled for Monday evening.

The Nets will go back to the drawing board and hope that the injury to Harden isn't a lingering issue with the hopes of him returning at some point in the series.
