Changes keep a-coming in Foxborough as the New England Patriots appear to have a new head coach and general manager.

It's a dog.

Longtime Patriots coach and executive Bill Belichick had his dog spotted sitting by his laptop at the table when shown on screen during the 2020 NFL Draft—conducted virtually by the league while the coronavirus pandemic prevents public gatherings.

The Patriots were inactive once again on Thursday night during the draft's first round, trading out of the opening round, which may have prevented the public for adoring Belichick's cute canine friend. New England made their first selection in the draft on Friday, taking Lenoir–Rhyne safety Kyle Dugger with the fifth pick in the second round (37th overall selection).

Belichick later appeared in the frame, finding his pup seated in his home's war room. The six-time Super Bowl champion coach with the Patriots must have been happy with the dog's selection of Dugger because Belichick was then seen feeding man's best friend a treat.
