The 2019 season will have a matchup everyone has to be excited to see as the New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams face off in a highly anticipated rematch of last season's NFC Championship showdown.

The matchup will be a great one to watch as the Saints will be seeking revenge after the refs decided their fate last season. Unfortunately for the Saints, the loss cost them a trip to the Super Bowl, and it's highly likely they could have given the New England Patriots quite a fight if they had made it.

Although the Rams had a tremendous season, many were left wondering if they deserved to make it to the Super Bowl after the way they made it there. The Saints were on the unfortunate end of a blatant no call that presumably could have altered the outcome of the game.

The Saints have an incredible roster and could be even better next season with some key additions. However, the Rams are considered one of the favorites to make it to the Super Bowl in 2019 and the NFC Championship game could feature these two powerhouse teams once again.

The Week 2 matchup could be one of the season's best games considering what is riding on this matchup. The Rams have a lot to prove and the Saints are out to get back at the Rams after falling just short of a Super Bowl trophy. If the first game is any indication of what to expect in Week 2, this matchup will not disappoint.
