Paul Millsap has come alive as of late, as the surging Denver Nuggets continue to impress as a whole.

Over the course of his last three games, Paul Millsap has scored 25, 17 and 21 points, respectively, while the Nuggets are a perfect 3-0 in those matchups.

As a result, Nuggets head coach Mike Malone believes that he might have an answer for Millsap's recent stretch of success.

“Paul found the fountain of youth or something,” Malone recently said of Millsap, via Brendan Vogt of SB Nation. “I don’t know if he’s 100 percent but he looks really good out there and he looks comfortable.”

The 34-year-old Millsap is currently in the midst of his second season as a member of the Nuggets. Prior to arriving in Denver as a free agent ahead of the 2017-18 campaign, the seasoned big man spent time with both the Utah Jazz and Atlanta Hawks between 2006-07 and 2016-17.

On the season, Millsap is averaging 12.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.3 steals per game. He has already appeared in 47 regular season games for the Nuggets this season, starting 42 of those outings and averaging 25.8 minutes per contest.

As a whole, the upstart Denver team continues to serve as a legitimate threat in the Western Conference. Although the heralded Golden State Warriors remain atop the conference standings at 42-17, the Nuggets are not far behind at 41-18 on the year.

As it stands today, Denver sits just one game back of the Warriors in the West mstandings and have notably won four consecutive games.
