It is normal for people to commit head-scratching mistakes. Usually, everyone learns from them and move on. For this particular turnover committed by Denver Nuggets star center Nikola Jokic, there was quite the flair for the dramatic.

Early in the first quarter during Monday night's contest between the Nuggets and the Boston Celtics at the Pepsi Center, Jokic threw an errant pass to a teammate and he immediately knew he made a mistake. He threw his hands up in the air, promptly turned around and seemingly did his best impersonation of a bird trying to flap its wings for the first time.

A video of the hilarious clip, which was posted on Twitter by CJ Fogler on Monday night, can be viewed below in all of its glory.

That is quite an over-the-top reaction Jokic had to a simple turnover, that's for sure.

Jokic and the Nuggets really struggled in the first half, as they found themselves down by as many as 20 points in the second quarter to the Celtics. Luckily, they were able to storm all the way back and eventually take the lead in the third quarter.

In the third quarter alone, the Nuggets offense really took off and was able to outscore Boston 37-24 as well as grab a six-point lead. However, the Celtics were able to regain the lead in the fourth quarter and the contest really turned into a back-and-forth affair down the stretch.

Unfortunately, Nuggets guard Will Barton missed what would have been the game-winning three-pointer at the buzzer and the Celtics held on to a 111-110 win on the road. Jokic lead all Nuggets scorers with 24 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists.
