Green Bay Packers star Aaron Rodgers has missed just one game this season due to a positive COVID-19 test, despite dealing with a nagging toe injury. Appearing on the Pat McAfee show, Rodgers gave his weekly update on his injured toe, providing an outlook on the rest of the season.

Basically, even though the toe is clearly causing him pain, Aaron Rodgers isn't planning on missing any games. He and the Packers haven't deviated from their plan, which was to avoid surgery on the toe while also not having Rodgers miss any time.

Rodgers may be fighting through an injury that can clearly affect mobility, but he hasn't looked any worse for the wear, given the injury and decreased practice time.

Over the last three games, the veteran signal-caller has thrown for over 300 yards and two-plus touchdowns while leading the Packers to two victories in that span. Green Bay now sits atop the NFC as the conference's one-seed, giving them home-field advantage, which Rodgers and the Packers both know to be pivotal to a playoff run.

Rodgers knows that missing games could cost the Packers the one seed in an awfully crowded NFC playoff race. That's why, despite the pain in his toe that just isn't going away, Rodgers still isn't going to miss any games.
