The Green Bay Packers have ushered in significant changes this offseason. Regardless, it appears expectations are as high as ever for wide receiver Davante Adams.

Adams is coming off a career year in Green Bay. ESPN is projecting him to be one of the most productive wideouts in the league next season:

Adams' 2019 Stat Predictions: 101 receptions, 1,284 yards, 11 touchdowns.

Adams ranked in the top 18 among wide receivers in all but one week last season (27th in Week 4) aside from the one week he missed. In addition to catching 13 touchdowns (second most), Adams ranked fourth at the position in routes (618), fourth in targets (164), fifth in receptions (111) and sixth in receiving yards (1,386). Adams has hauled in 35 touchdowns over the past three seasons, which trails only Antonio Brown for most in the league.

The projected numbers are just a tick behind the type of success he enjoyed last season when Davante Adams finished the 2018 campaign with 111 receptions for 1,386 and 13 touchdowns. Despite all the changes, it is safe to say that he is more than capable of putting up similar, if not better, numbers next year.

It is no secret that the Packers' offense has endured its fair share of struggles. Regardless, Adams has emerged as quarterback Aaron Rodgers' most trusted target in the passing game. This has obviously led to a clear uptick in production. Adams was finally able to establish himself as one of the elite wideouts in the league last season. The two-time Pro Bowler will undoubtedly be relied upon to lead the receiver corps under new head coach Matt LaFleur.

Green Bay has not done much to surround him with more talent this offseason. While it leaves questions about the Packers' firepower, fantasy owners will be happy to know that Adams' target share will remain as large as ever.
