Some good news coming out of the Green Bay Packers National Football League franchise, as quarterback Aaron Rodgers has returned to practice. However, it isn't all sunshine and rainbows for the Packers or the incredibly talented gunslinger.

Simply because he returned to practice on Saturday, it does not inherently mean he is back. In fact, Green Bay still doesn't know for sure when — or if this season, for that matter — Aaron Rodgers will be available.

The signal-caller is actually eligible to return to play in a fully functioning role in roughly two weeks. That being said, it is unknown if Rodgers is healthy enough to do so, or if the Packers will be in a position to even want to risk it.

If we are being honest about the entire situation, it is unlikely that Green Bay will be playing for much in two weeks. Even if Rodgers gets a full clean bill of health from medical professionals, it would seem near worthless to hurl him on the field in games that have no real mattering attached to them.

Then again, maybe Rodgers is itchy to get back on the gridiron. He could want to get some of that rust off at the end of this season, making way for yet another stellar campaign next year.

Nevertheless, it is all conjecture at this point. Until Rogers or Green Bay says something official, we're all just making some educated guesses.
