Detroit Pistons power forward Blake Griffin clapped back at TMZ after the gossip site secretly filmed him shooting shots with his kids.

Griffin, who is one of the funnier NBA players we have in the league and has done stand-up comedy, took to Twitter to savagely respond to TMZ's tweet and video about him:

It is pretty creepy that TMZ was secretly filming Griffin but that's what happens when you're a megastar like Blake living in Los Angeles. The Pistons star has been in L.A. during the coronavirus pandemic instead of Detroit.

Griffin's 2019-20 NBA season was a disaster but at least he's having some fun on social media. The former Los Angeles Clippers superstar only played in 18 games for the Pistons this season before undergoing another left knee surgery that sidelined him indefinitely.

It was sad for Pistons fans to watch Griffin this season since he was stellar in 2018-19. Griffin appeared in 75 games for the Pistons last season and averaged 24.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 5.4 assists, making the All-Star team and All-NBA third team along the way.

However, Griffin had a left knee operation after the 2019 playoffs ended and it impacted him greatly this season. Blake only put up 15.5 points and 4.7 rebounds for the Pistons in 2019-20 while shooting a woeful 35.2 percent from the field and 24.3 percent from beyond the arc.

The Pistons are hoping Griffin will return to form whenever the 2020-21 season begins. The former No. 1 overall pick is owed $36.6 million in 2020-21 and has a player option worth nearly $39 million in 2021-22.
