Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl has now hit store shelves. Trainers are already exploring the Sinnoh region, hoping to catch some powerful Legendary Pokémon along the way. Here's a full list of where you can find all the Legendary Pokémon in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, which contains Legendaries from Gen I to Gen IV.

Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl arrived on November 19, 2021.  In total, fans can get their hands on 36 Legendary Pokémon if they grab a copy of both versions. Do note, though, that some can only be caught in one of the versions (check out our full guide to all version-exclusive Pokémon and the differences between Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl). Most of these Legendaries can only be caught during the post-game and were not included in the original Diamond/Pearl/Platinum titles.

Players first have to complete the Sinnoh Pokédex by encountering all 151 Pokémon. This will allow you to unlock the expanded National Dex and visit Ramanas Park in the post-game. Here, you can find several new caves that have mysterious pedestals. By gathering special stone slates to put on the pedestals, trainers would then trigger a wild encounter with a Legendary Pokémon. If you want, you can capture your favorite Legendary using a Master Ball, which you can obtain through the main game.

Most of the Legendary Pokémon find their home in Ramanas Park, but players can also obtain some Legendaries through events, gifts, and interacting with NPCs. Capturing Mew and Jirachi, for example, requires fans to have copies of other Pokémon Nintendo Switch titles—check our guide for these Mythical Pokémon here.

Below, you'll find the list of all the Legendary Pokémon you can find in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl. We've also indicated where or how to obtain them as well as version exclusives.
