The 2020 NFL Hall of Fame class was announced on the Saturday before the Super Bowl. Former St. Louis Rams (now the Los Angeles Rams) wide receiver Isaac Bruce has gotten the call, and will be inducted into the Hall of Fame this year.

It's been a long-time coming for Bruce. The wide receiver is a legend to Rams fans, and honestly had one of the more dominant runs at the position in NFL history. It's kind of surprising it took Bruce as long as it did to get the call.

Bruce played from 1994 to 2009. The first 14 years of his career were with the Rams, the last two were with the San Francisco 49ers. In that time, Bruce racked up the numbers. He finished his illustrious career with 1,024 receptions for 15,208 yards and 91 touchdowns.

As you could probably guess, those are great numbers. In fact, the 1,024 receptions ranks him 13th all time in that category. Meanwhile, the 15,208 yards puts him in fifth place in that category. Bruce's career will be remembered as one of steady, consistent and fantastic production. In season's when he was healthy, the wide receiver was always amongst the tops in the NFL.

Bruce was also part of a legendary offense. One that consisted of himself, Marshall Faulk, Kurt Warner and Torry Holt, among others. Faulk and Warner are already in the Hall of Fame, and Holt should not be far behind Bruce.

For now though, this is Bruce's moment. Now he will forever be immortalized as part of the 2020 NFL Hall of Fame class. Definitely an honor he deserves.
