Since racing out to an 8-0 start to the season, the Los Angeles Rams have stumbled a bit over the last several weeks that has drawn questions about their chances to compete for the Super Bowl.

However, Los Angeles was able to get back on track last Sunday with a convincing 31-9 win over the Arizona Cardinals. It was a performance that Pro Bowl quarterback Jared Goff voiced that he believes his team has finally gotten back toward playing like one of the top tier teams in the league, according to Gary Klein of The LA Times.

“It didn’t feel different than 90% of the season,” Goff said Wednesday as he reflected on his performance in the 31-9 victory. “It felt different maybe than the couple weeks prior.”

“It felt like who we are, and it felt like what we normally do.”

Throughout the early goings of the season, there had been much buzz about the Rams being a serious threat to win the Super Bowl because of how their offense had been performing. A large chunk of this notion was fueled by the play of Goff, who had begun the year performing at an MVP-caliber level.

However, he had stumbled a bit over the last few weeks struggling throwing five interceptions over their two-game losing streak prior to Sunday's win over the Cardinals. Goff was able to take a step in the right direction in Week 16 by completing 19-of-24 passes for 216 yards and a touchdown, but it will take more than that for him to help guide the Rams to a Super Bowl.

Goff and Los Angeles will have the chance to take another step forward in Week 17 action against the San Francisco 49ers.
