Aaron Donald is listed as a defensive tackle on the Los Angeles Rams depth chart, but he doesn't look like a defensive tackle. Amid the coronavirus pandemic, Donald's ab workout will make you want to get in the gym.

Since coming into the NFL in 2014, Donald has become arguably the most disruptive defensive player in the NFL. While watching him workout during the offseason, you can see why he's considered one of the hardest workers off of the field.

In his first six seasons, Donald has combined for 72 sacks, 173 quarterback hits, and 15 forced fumbles as a defensive tackle. Over the past few offseasons, Donald has begun showing some of his workouts and pictures of his refined abs.

At this point in the offseason, some players could be taking vacations to relax for next season. On the other hand, Donald doesn't seem to leave the gym, and the results speak for itself.
