Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry has been around the league for a long time, and he just scored his 10,000th point as a member of the Canada-based franchise on Wednesday against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Lowry has been one of the most decorated Raptors not named Chris Bosh or Vince Carter, having spent the last eight seasons with the team–including that 2019 NBA title squad that defeated the Golden State Warriors.

The veteran guard spent time with the Memphis Grizzlies and Houston Rockets before finally finding a long-term home in Toronto, and the rest is history.

The six-time All-Star has always been one of the most consistent players in the league and was a huge reason why Toronto won their first NBA title a few years back as he orchestrated the offense and played well on both ends of the floor.

Lowry joins DeMar Derozan and Bosh as the only players in franchise history to score 10,000 points, and his number will keep growing until he plays somewhere else.

Prior to Wednesday's game, the former Villanova star is averaging 17.8 points a game with 6.2 rebounds and 6.6 assists. However, the rest of the Raptors don't seem to be having much success as they sit at 7-10 for 10th in the Eastern Conference.

For Kyle Lowry and head coach Nick Nurse, the hope is that the Raptors can turn it around and make the playoffs in the East. For now, Lowry will celebrate his name being cemented in Toronto history and being remembered as one of the greatest to ever play in the city.
